EMS reports "Chassis power supply is degraded" followed " Service Processor cannot obtain network configuration using DHCP"

  • Power supply unit (PSU)

Issue

  • EMS reports SP error before PSU error.

Example:

Mon Oct 19 00:35:39 +0800 [node-01: servprocd: sp.dhcp.failure:error]: Service Processor cannot obtain network configuration using DHCP.

  • EMS reports chassis power supply is degraded.
