  • Autosupport alerts generated for SHELF_FAULT and SHELF COOLING UNIT FAILED
 
[Node-01: statd: monitor.shelf.fault:alert]: Critical fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 3a. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
[Node-01: statd: callhome.shlf.fault:error]: Call home for SHELF_FAULT
[Node-01: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Disk shelf fault.
 
[Node-01: dsa_worker5: callhome.shlf.fan:EMERGENCY]: Call home for SHELF COOLING UNIT FAILED
