Issue

  • AFF-A800 displays Chassis temperature is too high before prompting an environmental shutdown of the HA pair
  • The following failed sensor readings may be seen:

Wed Jan 20 23:22:51 -0300 [node: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (RiserM RTemp1) is not readable.
Wed Jan 20 23:22:51 -0300 [node: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (RiserM LTemp2) is not readable.
Wed Jan 20 23:22:51 -0300 [node: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (RiserM RTemp2) is not readable.
Wed Jan 20 23:22:51 -0300 [node: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (RiserM LTemp3) is not readable.
Wed Jan 20 23:22:52 -0300 [node: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (RiserM RTemp3) is not readable.

[NACA800-01: monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Chassis temperature is too high..
[NACA800-01: env_mgr: callhome.chassis.overtemp:EMERGENCY]: Call home for CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE SHUTDOWN
[NACA800-01: env_mgr: callhome.chassis.hitemp:error]: Call home for CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE
