Aggr create fails due to unexpected default node location

Issue

  • node02 has enough spare disks to create an aggregate
  • aggr create command fails with error:

Cluster::> aggr create -aggregate aggr1 -diskcount xx -disksize yy -simulate true  -raidtype raid_tec 

Error: command failed: Aggregate creation would fail for aggregate "aggr1" on node "Cluster01". Reason: xx disks needed,
       but not enough matching disks of the requested size are available.
