Issue

A failed x422 HDD is replaced with a new x422 HDD
The following error is reported:

[disk.init.failure.spinup:error]: Disk 1a.00.1 has failed to spin up and cannot be used. Please replace it with a new drive.[callhome.dsk.no.spin:ALERT]: Call home for DISK NOT SPINNING
