ATTO 7500N/7600N will not boot with Critical Software Error Detected by duplicate IP Address

Issue

After rebooting after a firmware upgrade, the bridge went into a reboot loop.  The bridge also reported a Duplicate IP address.

Detected duplicate IP Address: 10.0.0.2 on Management Port: MP2.
