"SPLinkDownAlert" error occurs and clears automatically after a few minutes

  • The following message is output to an ONTAP System Manager event.

hm.alert.raised: Alert Id = SPLinkDownAlert,Alerting Resource = SP Config raised by monitor controller

  • The output of "system service-processor network show" is as follows.

SP Network Setup Status: succeeded

 

  • node-02

Status: online

LinkState: up

SP Network Setup Status: succeeded

  • From "sysconfig -a" output, Service Processor(SP) is online, but IP is unknown status.
