Issue

  • "sysconfig -a" shows "Failed" as Flash Cache State.

Example:

slot 2: Flash Cache 2 (512 GB)
State: Failed 
Model Name: X1973A-R6
Serial Number: 9458198419
Part Number: 111-00902
Board Revision: D0

  • EMS log reports "iomem.card.fail.internal:critical" and "fmm.domain.card.failure:error".

Example:

[?] Sun Feb 23 20:46:52 JST [node_name: iomem.card.fail.internal:critical]: Caching module (model name X1973A-R6, serial number 9458198419, part number 111-00902) in slot 2 has experienced a fatal internal error (0x4007) and is being taken offline.
