Issue

  • Autosupport message is received:

HA Group Notification (CHASSIS POWER SUPPLY DEGRADED: PS 1) ERROR

  • EMS messages report the following for both power supplies:
Tue May 17 10:05:36 -0400 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.chassisPowerSupply.degraded:notice]: Chassis power supply 1 is degraded: PSU1 VIN is Critical Low (117700 mV)
Tue May 17 10:05:36 -0400 [node-02: env_mgr: monitor.chassisPowerSupply.degraded:notice]: Chassis power supply 2 is degraded: PSU2 VIN is Critical Low (118800 mV)
