Issue

  • When upgrading SANtricity OS from 11.40 to 11.50 on an E5760 array, drive channel(s) may lose redundancy
  • Below event will reported in major-event-log support log file and under Support > Events in SANtricity System Manager during the SANtricity OS upgrade for one or more drive drawers.

Event description: A drawer in the shelf has become degraded
