Issue

The E-series Storage array was upgraded to Santricity OS 11.70.2 or later due to suspected data inconsistency on earlier versions of Santricity OS 11.60.3R2 or 11.70R1 through 11.70.1.GA under SU473.
The thin provisioning volume failed in the fixed version as well.
