  • Controller Platforms: E27xx, E56xx, E28xx, E57xx and all associated EF-Series
  • SANtricity OS Controller Software 8.40.40.00 (11.40.4) and later releases in that family (8.40)
  • SANtricity OS Controller Software 8.52.00.00 (11.50.2) and later releases in that family (8.40)
  • All firmware releases in SANtricity OS 8.6x (11.60.x) and 8.x7 (11.70.x)
  • Traditional Volume Groups

Issue

  • Failed volumes in traditional volume groups
  • Possibly one controller in a degraded state due to cache reclaim. This is by design to preserve dirty write cache data for the failed volume(s).
