Issue

  • Dual controller reboot on 11.70.1R1 caused data inaccessibility.
  • The controllers recover after the reboot.

Cause

Both Controllers rebooted due to an internal process lock not being released. Therefore, when another task that requires a lock it is unable to process by Santricity as it is waiting on the previous lock to free up.
