Issue

  • Volume gets frequent errors while accessing and SQL application encounters errors. This gets fixed automatically and same is repeated frequently.
  • The Storage Volume looks healthy however NTFS filesystem is reporting errors.

  • There are no path issues found from storage logs related to the volumes experiencing disconections.

  • Check Event viewer logs, the NTFS reports errors on the D drive, perform repair manually.1.png2.PNG3.PNG
