Description

The VSC, VASA Provider, and SRA virtual appliance makes use of two main accounts: 'maint' and 'administrator'. 

This KB describes how to reset the 'administrator' user password if it is lost. 

Note: If using SRA, you will need to also reset the password for the SRA plug-in (installed on the Site Recovery Manager server)
