Description

This article describes the procedure that should be followed to migrate backup configuration from the old installation to the new installation.When performing a migration of Virtual Storage Console to a new server, users might wish to retain existing backup job information and configuration.

The procedure described in this article applies to:

  • Virtual Storage Console (VSC) 4.x Host Client
  • Virtual Storage Console (VSC) 5.x Web Client
  • Virtual Storage Console (VSC) 6.x Web Client
