Description

This article provides the procedure to SMBR 8.2 configuration with SnapCenter.

According to the installation guide of SMBR 8.2, we do not need to install SMBR on the Exchange server; however, if SMBR is run on an Exchange Server that does not have an active copy of the database the restore is to be performed on, the following error displays:

To perform the work, you need to move the active database to the server from where SMBR is installed. (If possible)
