Issue

Power outage has brought down both ONTAP Select HA nodes
NodeA does not boot OR if NodeA boots up, the command ::> cluster show states the health is "false"
False health is a indicator of RDB problems
NodeB boots to "waiting for giveback" status but giveback is unsuccessful
All data is not accessible
