ONTAP Select nodes will not boot due to power outage

Issue

  • Power outage has brought down both ONTAP Select HA nodes
  • NodeA does not boot OR if NodeA boots up, the command ::> cluster show states the health is "false"
  • False health is a indicator of RDB problems
  • NodeB boots to "waiting for giveback" status but giveback is unsuccessful
  • All data is not accessible
