Issue

After upgrading the ONTAP Select nodes from an older version of ONTAP Select to ONTAP Select 9.9.1, the cluster reports repeated takeovers and alerts similar to the following:
  
An additional SYMPFA:HA Group Notification from ln-fas02 (SYNCMIRROR PLEX FAILED) ALERT has been reported for this system.
