ONTAP Deploy shows a different "Current Capacity" than what is actualy used

Issue

Differences seen reported by ONTAP Deploy when trying to + capacity to any node in an HA Pair. In the following example, the cluster uses 4TB from its capacity pool (which is the correct sum), but when trying to add more, we only see 2TB "realized" by Deploy as Current Capacity:
