Issue

Failed to add capacity for ONTAP Select with error as below:

StorageAddFailed

NodeVMNotFound: Node "ONTAPSelect-01" in cluster "ONTAPSelect" not found on any host. If the cluster has been reconfigured outside of ONTAP Select Deploy, run a refresh operation on the cluster, and then try the operation again.

The node is degraded.
Ran a cluster refresh, which failed with error unknown, issue persists that the node is degraded and failed to add capacity from the ONTAP Select cluster.
