Errors during boot procedure after ONTAP Select update

Issue

ONTAP Select encounters errors during boot process following an ONTAP update:

Internal error: Cannot open corrupt replicated database. Automatic recovery
attempt has failed or is disabled. Check the event logs for details. This node
is not fully operational. Contact support personnel for the root volume recovery
procedures.

callhome.root.vol.recovery.reqd: Call home for ROOT VOLUME NOT WORKING PROPERLY: RECOVERY REQUIRED.

callhome.spm.process.maxexit: Call home for MAXIMUM EXITS THRESHOLD OF A PROCESS MANAGED BY SPM IS REACHED
