Create Writeable Storage Snapshot - Error - Failed to create snapshots of replica devices. Failed to create snapshot of replica device /vol/sm_vol_name/lun. SRA command 'testFailoverStart' failed for device '/vol/vol_name/lun_name'. Unable to add the initiators passed in SRM input to initiator group Ensure that the initiators passed in the SRM input adhere to the required naming convention.
