Issue

Users cannot access CIFS shares when using the storage system's hostname, but can access them using the IP address. The following errors appear continuously in the messages log during the outage:

[storage_system: cifs.trace.GSS:error]: AUTH: Could not set filer password in domain: (0x41) No route to host.
[storage_system: cifs.trace.GSS:error]: AUTH: Unable to acquire filer credentials: (0x96c73a18) Invalid password.
[storage_system: cifs.trace.GSSinfo:info]: AUTH: notice- CIFS - Cannot authenticate with server.
[storage_system: cifs.trace.GSSinfo:info]: AUTH: notice- No credentials were supplied.
