Case sensitive behavior of the /etc/quotas file cause error message:
quota: can't stat file [Path_to_NTFS_qtree]: No such file or directory (/etc/quotas line [line_number])

Error message: quota: could not read quotas file.

Error message: quota: volume vol1 - quotas not turned on.
