Issue

Error when performing initial assessmet within 7-MTT for a ONTAP cluster:
Unable to connect to the controller HTTPD or SSH port. (Errno: 10061, No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it). Check if HTTPD is enabled using 'options httpd.admin.enable on'. Check if SSH2 is enabled using 'secureadmin' command. Check if SSL is enabled using 'options ssl'. Check the credentials and user privileges.
