Issue

Some NFS operations such as 'df' and 'ls' hang indefinitely
Packet traces show NFS3ERR_JUKEBOX in response to ACCESS request, among others
Exportfs indicates client IP does not have rw access to volume path even though client IP is added to read write list

7-mode> exportfs -c 10.216.41.2xx /vol/vol1
