Answer

  • NFS clients have the ability to use too many storepool resources and cause NFSv4 storepool resource exhaustion
    • In the event a full storepool resource exhaustion occurs the following EMS will be emitted
    • Storepool exhaustion KB can be used to troubleshoot NFSv4 storepool resource exhaustion
    • The PerClientStorePoolThreshold EMS event can be used to determine which client may have been causing the resource exhaustion

PerClientStorePoolThreshold: NFSv4 client 10.1.1.1 has consumed more resources for store pool type LockState.
