Multipath with 2 systems in HA configuration

Issue

When performing an upgrade, the HA partner (node-01) rebooted to upgrade. With reboot

Port for iSCSI logical interface (LIF) did not come back online
This results in offline of iSCSI LIFs on the partner system (node-01)
Upgrade continues with takeover of the system (node-02), resulting in no more paths for servers to connect to the LUN
