Issue

After adding new nodes to an existing cluster the following errors are encountered in EMS:
 
Fri Oct 07 10:49:10 +0200 [netapp01: svc_queue_thread: crypto.export.failed:alert]: ERROR: Export of key with key ID 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 failed. Additional information: error creating a base hierarchy blob.
Fri Oct 07 11:09:43 +0200 [netapp01: sysinit_thread: crypto.okmrecovery.failed:alert]: ERROR: Import of the onboard key hierarchy failed: no onboard keys found. Additional information: Onboard keys not found.
