Answer

The ONTAP NFS server's role is to respond to queries and requests from clients with the appropriate data for each request. This won't change regardless of how many mounts, TCP sessions, or NFS connections are established between the client and the server, and ONTAP won't corrupt the data because of multiple connections to the same client.
The client does have a responsibility to recognize and distinguish between the queries and responses for the various mounts, failing to do so may result in reading or writing the incorrect data via the mounts. For more information on how the client OS handles this situation, contact your client OS vendor.
