Why does vserverState query over SNMP return the value "-1" for some SVM?

Answer

Data SVM can return one of the following values for vserverState over SNMP: 

 running (0) stopped (1) starting (2) stopping (3)

However, for system SVM (cluster, node or  admin) the returned value will be (-1).
