Answer

'MaxDirSizeAlert’ is an SNMP trap for the ems event 'wafl.dir.size.max'.

The following are the corrective actions:

  1. Reduce the number of files in the directory

  2. If not possible, increase the maximum number of files per directory

Additional Information

If the target volume is a FlexGroup volume, use the FlexGroup volume name and not the constituent volume name.
