Vscan scan timeouts lead to access issues in certain scenarios

Access issues might be observed in files served by a CIFS server because of an unresponsive or misconfigured Vscan server.

When attempting to access files from the CIFS server, the client displays an error message stating An internal error occurred and cannot access files they have permissions to.
