Issue

When attempting a FlexVol to FlexGroup conversion, the command volume conversion start fails with the following error:

Cluster::*> volume conversion start -volume volume

Error: command failed: Volume conversion is not supported when upgrade is in progress or has failed on one or more nodes in the cluster.
