Issue

Volume move operation fails with error in EMS logs:

The volume move operation with ID 'XXXXXX' on volume 'volA' on Vserver 'vs0' to destination aggregate 'aggr1' did not cut over because: 'Volume is not quiesced'

and is stuck in 'cleaning_up' phase:
