User sends reset packet after Negotiate Protocol Request from the storage system

Issue

Storage system sees the following errors in the logs when the option "cifs.trace_dc_connection" is set to "on"

Fri Nov 24 12:56:16 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.infoMsg:info]: CIFS: Warning for server \\DC1: Connection terminated.
Fri Nov 24 12:56:16 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.errorMsg:error]: CIFS: Error for server \\DC1: Error while negotiating protocol with server STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT.
Fri Nov 24 12:56:46 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.infoMsg:info]: CIFS: Warning for server \\DC2: Connection terminated.
Fri Nov 24 12:56:46 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.errorMsg:error]: CIFS: Error for server \\DC2: Error while negotiating protocol with server STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT.
Fri Nov 24 12:57:16 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.infoMsg:info]: CIFS: Warning for server \\DC3: Connection terminated.
Fri Nov 24 12:57:16 GMT [filer1:cifs.server.errorMsg:error]: CIFS: Error for server \\DC3: Error while negotiating protocol with server STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT.
