Non root UNIX user gets permission denied when try to access NTFS volume

Issue
- UNIX user (other than root) gets permission denied when trying to access NTFS volume
sudo -u <UNIX_USER_NAME> ls -al /mnt/folder/
ls: cannot open directory /mnt/folder/: Permission denied
- In the
EMS log:
