Two ports on a 4-port SAS HBA card are not displaying in autosupports or sysconfig -a output for one of the filers in a HA paired system

Issue

The sysconfig -a command shows only two of the four ports available on card, similar to the following sysconfig -a output:

Thus the output is not showing ports 4c and 4d on this storage system; however, the partner storage system displays all four ports accurately.
