SnapMirror update fails due to "Stream source stream create failed"

Issue

• It is a cascade relationship(A-B-C)
• The SnapMirror update between relationship A->B failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "XX" due to the Volume access error(No space left on device))
• However, even destination volume's size was expanded, the update still failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "XX"(Failed to start transfer.(Duplicate transfer specified(Replication engine error)).
