Issue

The SVM randomly disconnects and reconnects from Vscan servers causing slow CIFS access. 

Error seen in EMS:
Tue Mar 24 19:18:11 CET [CLUSTER01-A: kernel: Nblade.vscanConnInactive:notice]: For Vserver "SVM02", ONTAP(R) forcibly closed the vscan connection originated from the nonresponsive AV server "10.10.10.22".
