Issue

The following error message is seen when modifying the login banner to use an URI over HTTPS

cluster1::*> security login banner modify -uri https://x.x.x.x:443/upload/banner.txt Error: command failed: Message download failed. Reason: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain
