SSH connection drops on SP and e0M on FAS8xxx systems

Issue        

  • The Service Processor (SP) interface and e0M becomes inaccessible and does not respond to pings
  • The SP is reporting a high load and dropped frames. Example:
uptime  03:05:43 up 184 days,  4:19, load average: 1.96, 1.54, 1.45
