Issue

When running quota status command for a FlexGroup volume, quota state reported as mixed:
 
::*> quota status -vserver svm_data -volume FG_vol
vserver Name:  svm_data
volume Name:  FG_vol
Quota State: Quotas are mixed


::*> quota status -vserver svm_data -volume FG_vol__*
svm_data:FG_vol__0001  :  quotas are on.
svm_data:FG_vol__0002  :  quotas are off.
