Performance archive (PA) is not enabled for datastore 'opm', when PA is enabled

Issue
- EMS logs reports the following error message:
[perf.ccma.off:alert]: Performance archiver is not enabled for datastore 'opm'.
- Performance archive is enabled:
::*> statistics archive config show Is the Performance Archive Enabled?: true Base Path of Performance Archive Datastore: /mroot/etc/log/stats/ccma Days to Retain Performance Archive Data: 28 Maximum Percentage of Root Volume Used for Performance Archive Data: 10%
- Statistics archive command shows cm daemon is unable to get output for one of the nodes.
