ONTAP lockmanager veto is automatically overridden on giveback

Issue

  • When the boot argument variable bootarg.gb.override.lmgr.veto is set to True on one or more nodes, vetos are automatically overridden during a giveback without setting the giveback command argument "override-vetoes" as true
  • The boot argument is used by ONTAPs Automated Non-Disruptive Upgrade (ANDU) process and should be unset once ANDU has completed
  • It is necessary to unset the bootarg if ANDU is not in progress.  If left set, it will automatically override vetoes during a failover giveback which could cause a service disruption
  • "ONTAP lockmanager veto is automatically overridden on giveback" reported as a risk on AIQDA for a node
