Issue

Non-ASCII characters written via NFSv4 appear as '?' when a directory listing is returned on an NFSv3 client.

Example:

[root@nas ~]# echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8
[root@nas ~]# touch /mnt/v4/normal_enUS/ä_test
[root@nas ~]# ls /mnt/v4/normal_enUS <<< NFSv4 Mount
ä_test
[root@nasty-pypi ~]# ls /mnt/v3/normal_enUS <<<< NFSv3 Mount
?_test
