Issue

Newly installed node will not boot and panics with a message similar to the following: :
 
PANIC: Unrecoverable block (file -1, block X, fbn 1277, level 0, file type 1) in aggregate aggr0.
WAFL inconsistent. Contact NetApp technical support. in SK process wafl_exempt00 on release X
