New LUN clone not visible in Windows

Issue

  • Newly created LUN clone does not appear in disk manager, but the iSCSI initiator Properties (Targets tab > Devices) displays it.
  • Other LUNs from the same igroup are accessible.
  • SnapGathers collection file iSCSI.txt lists LUNs in question, confirming successful discovery on protocol layer:
