NFS client hung when mounting volume/qtree using NFSv3

Issue
- When mounting volume/qtree on client using NFSv3, mount goes hung
[root@node1 tmp]# mount 10.200.x.x:/volume1 /mount1 -vvv

- No errors seen on the filer
- In the packet trace client is seen mounting the export successfully, but never moving to the next step which would be
